Mexican Mule

Ingredient

  • 2 oz José Cuervo Tradicional Reposado
  • 1⁄2 oz Lime juice
  • 1⁄3 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup
  • 1⁄3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich'
  • 3 oz Fever-Tree Premium Ginger Beer

Glass:

Serve in a Copper mug or Collins glass

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COPPER MUG OR COLLINS GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime slice wheel and mint sprigs.

How to make:

  1. POUR first 3 ingredients into mug/glass and briefly stir.
  2. Two-thirds fill glass with cubed ice.
  3. TOP with ginger beer and briefly stir.
  4. Fill glass with a crown of crushed ice.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with lime slice and mint sprigs bouquet.
  2. Serve with a straw.

Review:

As the name suggests, this is a tequila-based version of the Moscow Mule - simple as that. And very tasty.
