Ingredient
- 1 1⁄2 oz Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum
- 1 dash Lime juice
- 3 1⁄2 oz Fever-Tree Premium Ginger Beer
Glass:
Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)
How to make:
Stir rum butterfly pea flower-infused rum with ice. Fill a highball with ice and add ginger beer about 3/4 full. Slowly pour chilled rum on top and garnish with lime and a pineapple slice. Squeeze lime into rum for color changing effect.
